Finding a home to rent can be stressfull and difficult.  That’s why it’s crucial to take an informed and well-planned out approach. Reliable Property Management is here to guide you through the process every step of the way, and provide all the resources and services you need. Here are our guidelines for new applicants.

Application Process:

  1. Each applicant over the age of 18 must fill out an Online Application by visiting our website at: Scroll down to the desired property and click “Apply Now”

  2. There is a $30 application fee, per applicant.

  3. Each Applicant must consent to a Credit & Background check.

Each Applicant must provide:

1.  A copy of your driver’s license and social security card.

2.  Past 3 years of residential history and landlord contact info.

3.  Last 2 months banks statements.  

4.  Last 2 consecutive pay stubs and employer contact info.


Tenant Requirements:


  1. Combined income of all applicants must equal 2 ½ times the monthly rent.

  2. Credit Score of 640 or better with No Evictions, Collections or Judgements.
